After making such an impact with the cross-company campaign in 2021, I was asked to lead the next reiteration of the initiative.

The 2022 NBCU company-wide initiative continued to celebrate and showcase the stories of women across the NBCU family and beyond. Amplifying these stories across NBCU’s vast reach, helps to pave the way for future generations of women to make their voices heard, empowering them to create the next chapter of Women’s Herstory.

Hero Anthem

Creative Director, Writer

The way forward for the next chapter of Herstory is including the stories of all kinds of women. Choosing to feature LGTBQ+ advocate and “Live from E!” Host, Laverne Cox, as our hero talent in our anthem, I pushed NBCU to be intentionally progressive about inclusion and looking at women’s herstory through an intersectional lens.

CROSS-COMPANY REACH

This campaign truly reached every business unit at NBCUniversal and grew exponentially from the previous year . From TODAY to local NBC affiliates, the unified message and look of the campaign, had vast reach, with my leadership at the center.
