Because SurrealEstate has such a clear, uncomplicated premise, and each episode focuses on a weekly “monster of the week,” audiences can easily tune-in without watching previous episodes. This episodic nature eliminates any hurdles for new or lapsed viewers. With it's first 2 seasons not being available on NBCU platforms, I looked at this campaign through the lens of accessible episodic viewing, creating content that highlights this.
